Agata commenced her legal career after gaining extensive experience across a range of legal areas throughout her studies.
During university, Agata worked as a paralegal in family law, immigration and criminal law, developing a broad understanding of legal practice and client-focused advocacy. She also worked as a Legal Case Manager at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in Sydney, gaining valuable insight into the conduct and management of family law matters.
Agata subsequently worked as a paralegal with Sydney Catholic Schools, assisting with professional standards matters and contracts.
Following her admission, Agata worked as a Criminal Lawyer with the ACT Legal Aid Commission, where she developed significant experience in criminal law and advocacy.
