Kris was admitted to practice in 2004 and, save for a year practising law in Samoa, has practiced since that time in regional Victoria.
Kris has expertise dealing with matters involving children’s ongoing care arrangements following separation and is a Victoria Legal Aid approved Independent Children’s Lawyer.
She also has extensive experience with the division of property after separation. She regularly appears in the Magistrates Court and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
In 2014, Kris extended her practice when she was admitted in the Supreme Court of Victoria as a Notary Public.
